Identify what you are looking at
Record the exact asset and product name. A research note about an asset does not automatically describe the platform holding it or a derivative linked to it.
Ask for the primary documents
Keep links to the product terms, custody description, charges and relevant disclosures. List questions you cannot resolve from those documents.
Check the limits of the note
Label dates and avoid presenting old figures as live information. This is a research worksheet, not an endorsement of an asset or platform.
